Wayne began his dance career in the late 70's and quickly began winning professional dance competitions across the United States and Canada and has been a US finalist for 3 decades.  His titles include New England Regional American Style champion, Fred Astaire National Rising Star Champion, The Colorado Open Champion, and twice in the top 5 at United States National Championships.  He is also a winner of Top Teacher Awards for having the highest scoring students in competitions from Canada to Hawaii.  In 1980 he opened his first studio and it soon developed into one of the top 6 studios in the country.  This and other studios he opened are still running successfully in the state of Colorado. Wayne successfully ran, The Rocky Mountain Challenge, a championship level competition with 2500+ entries, for 5 years. He has also performed on stage for television and is an accomplished choreographer for group and solo routines for amateurs to professional. Among his accomplishments are Colorado Symphony performances and the Miss Colorado Pageant.  In the early 90's he became an adjudicator with the National Dance Council of America.

Wayne has recently joined his sister and co-teacher Judy Zwick here in Georgia. He wants to take new students (individuals or couples of all ages) from entry level to Professionals to a new level of accomplishment in the shortest time possible.  He currently teaches all levels and is ready to teach the proper fundamentals in a way that challenges those who want to be challenged and fun for those who are in it for the joy.  His vast knowledge makes learning easy and develops your style with your personality in mind so you quickly feel comfortable on the dance floor.
